Priya Sathe is a Research Director at Quantum Energy Analytics with over 20 years of consulting experience in energy and environmental research, market research, data analysis, project management and utility program evaluation. Priya has led teams of interdisciplinary staff, providing technical support to clients across multiple jurisdictions including California, Pennsylvania, the Pacific Northwest, Wisconsin, Massachusetts and Colorado.

Priya has extensive experience leading evaluations of Demand Side Management programs and market studies. She has led research and analysis teams conducting market characterization, market adoption forecasting and cost-effectiveness studies, and market progress evaluations for market transformation programs. Her experience includes a variety of studies including transportation electrification program evaluations, measurement and verification for distributed generation programs, economic modeling for voluntary green pricing programs, sample design for load research, energy efficiency potential studies and education and awareness studies.

Priya has an M.A. Economics from the University of Southern California, and earned her Master of Commerce degree from the University of Pune, India.
